How long does a build take?
Most projects take 2 to 3 weeks from kickoff to launch. That includes brand research, design, development, copywriting, and testing. Timeline depends on how quickly we get your products and brand info, and the size of your catalog.
What platform do you build on?
Shopify, exclusively. It's the best platform for DTC brands. It handles payments, shipping, inventory, and integrations. We focus entirely on making your Shopify store look, read, and convert better than anything else in your category.
Do I need to provide content?
No. We write everything: homepage copy, product descriptions, about page, FAQ, shipping and returns. All you need to provide is your products, your brand story, and access to your Shopify admin. We handle the rest.
Can I see a demo before committing?
Yes. For qualified brands, we build a working demo on a development store before you commit to a full build. You can click through a real Shopify storefront with your products, not just mockups or wireframes.
What if I already have a Shopify store?
We rebuild on your existing store. No migration headaches, no switching platforms, no lost data. We replace your current theme with a custom one, rewrite your copy, and restructure your catalog. Your products, customers, and order history stay exactly where they are.
Do you do ongoing maintenance?
Every build includes 30 days of post-launch support: bug fixes, copy tweaks, minor layout adjustments. After that, we offer optional monthly retainers for ongoing updates, seasonal refreshes, and new page builds.
What do you need from me to get started?
Three things: your products (or a product list), your brand story (who you are, what you stand for, who you sell to), and access to your Shopify admin. If you don't have a Shopify account yet, we'll set one up for you.
